In the process, you will learn all the essential content of the ITIL 4 modules "Direct, Plan & Improve" (DPI) and "Digital & IT Strategy" (DITS) - and can achieve ITIL 4 Strategic Leader status in the subsequent exams, which you complete online on a date of your choice.
Prerequisites
This training builds on ITIL 4 Foundation, which you must have successfully completed beforehand.
