At the same time, you will deal with strategic risk management and the development of visions for the digital transformation of your organization. In the process, you will learn all the essential content of the ITIL 4 modules "Direct, Plan & Improve" (DPI) and "Digital & IT Strategy" (DITS) - and can achieve ITIL 4 Strategic Leader status in the subsequent exams, which you complete online on a date of your choice.
Prerequisites
This training builds on ITIL 4 Foundation, which you must have successfully completed beforehand.
