The Poly Voice Intermediate (VOCINT1) class is an in-depth technical instructorled training course, designed to provide practical instruction on aspects of designing installing, configuring and troubleshooting Poly Voice solutions.

- Quiz pré-formation de vérification des connaissances (si applicable)
- Évaluations formatives pendant la formation, à travers les travaux pratiques réalisés sur les labs à l’issue de chaque module, QCM, mises en situation…
- Complétion par chaque participant d’un questionnaire et/ou questionnaire de positionnement en amont et à l’issue de la formation pour validation de l’acquisition des compétences

This course provides field-ready skills and operational ability for field engineers, sales engineers, helpdesk support teams, solution designers and system administrators, responsible for deploying and supporting Poly VVX, CCX and Trio voice endpoint solutions in a SIP environment.
Pré-requis
- Poly Voice Specialist certification (VOICE-SPC)
- UC Theory Intermediate (!Unified Communications Theory Intermediate (UCTINT))
Objectifs
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Describe the architecture and functionality of Poly VoIP phones and how they fit into a typical network environment
- Describe core features and functionality on the Poly UC phones
- Explain advanced features on the Poly UC phones
- Explain and configure Poly Lens for large scale deployments
