Course Overview
The Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) is the core component of the OpenText Operations Bridge solution. This two-day course explains how to leverage the OBM solution to bring continuous monitoring for their application and/or server. OBM helps you manage quality information throughout the event lifecycle from the time an event is received till its closure. This course provides an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in applying the fundamental principles, methodologies, and capabilities to manage events using OBM. The course uses lectures and a series of hands-on labs to teach the course material. The hands-on lab for this course uses the latest version of the Classic OBM software.
