New Unified Communications Training

Hamburg/Berlin, Germany, 8 August 2011 – Fast Lane (www.flane.de), an IT training provider and Cisco Learning Solutions Partner has designed a workshop to add to its portfolio of training courses. The FL-UCUCSWS focuses on the operation of Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions on the Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS).

This course provides the participants with fundamental knowledge on the interaction between UC components and Cisco's UCS servers. They also learn about the elements required to install and operate this kind of architecture. The Fast Lane trainers start the one-day workshop with an introduction to the hardware components of the Cisco UCS C-Series, followed by information on server connectivity, configuration and management. The course also looks at Unified Communications Deployment models and functions, as well as virtual machines and their implementation requirements. The participants leave the course having gained important know-how on networking in virtual environments and ESXi switches.
